King Arthur's Traditional Whole Wheat Flour
Milled from American hard red wheat, its significant levels of fiber, nutrients and minerals from the wheat berry's germ and endosperm make whole wheat a healthy choice. Our Traditional Whole Wheat flour is ideal for all your whole-grain yeast bread recipes. A good ratio to begin with is one part whole wheat flour to three parts unbleached all-purpose flour.
And like all our flours, our Traditional Whole Wheat Flour is not bleached or bromated and contains no added chemicals.
